This isn’t just a battle for its own sake. It’s a rescue mission. Rescue Kai and Nya’s parents on the Fusion Dragon.
You should know that this is more than a rescue mission so get ready. You’re here to conquer the Dragon’s forge too. But how exactly are you going to do this?
With the right Lego Ninjago sets, you can! Today, we’ll focus on the LEGO Ninjago Dragon’s Forge 70627 Building Kit.
Find out what’s more there to the set through my honest (yes, I’m always honest except to the IRS.) review here. Is there more to this Lego set aside from the Dragon’s forge? Read on to find out.
What’s in the box of LEGO Ninjago Dragon’s Forge 70627?
Some would say that the Dragon’s forge is the highlight of this set, but I beg to differ. The Fusion Dragon and the Buffmillion Mech are just as cool.
Features-wise, the Dragon’s forge as the most to offer. With the best being the Fusion Dragon’s landing area, the hidden Dragon dagger that activates the turning chimney comes in close second.
Like a real forge, it has assorted blacksmith tools and a leisure area. As you can see, Lego Ninjago sets really never compromise on the aesthetics.
Also included in the set are six mini figures: Nya,Still, Kai, Ray, Maya, Commander Raggmunk and Slackjaw. Each character you need to complete the scene, it’s here.
Weapons, of course, would never be out of the picture. Slackjaw’s vermillion sword, Commander Raggmunk’s vermillion axe, and Maya’s stick are in the box as well.
Who’s it for?
If you’d ask me, it’s for anyone who loves Lego Ninjago sets…or dragons.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a surprise if avid watchers of NINJAGO: Masters of Spinjitzu TV show would be this Lego Ninjago set’s number one fans.
It’s recommended for kids aged eight to 14 because of how difficult it is to build it. There should be enough help around the house, shouldn’t there?
Posable neck, wings, legs, and tail? What more can you ask for? Oh maybe, two minifigure seats, snapping jaws, and a shooting crossbow too? Well, good news! It’s got them too.
- Everything simply looks great
The reason it’s perfect for all ages is the aesthetics. Fans and non-fans can’t deny how great this’ll look in any hobby room. Not all Lego Ninjago sets can brag this quality.
- It’s a better display than play
Yes, it’s packed with features. But its detail is something that adult collectors would appreciate more (or longer) than kids.
In the name of keeping things 100% for the kids, LEGO Ninjago Ninja Bike Chase 70600. Bikes simply provide more action than dragons.
One of the few wheeled Lego Ninja sets is LEGO Ninjago Samurai VXL 70625. For a bit of variation, this has four wheels in one vehicle.
While this one of the more brilliantly-designed Lego Ninjago sets, the LEGO Ninjago Dragon’s Forge 70627 Building Kit is the better choice for adults than for children.
